    Lendable Capital is a facilitator and not a direct lender. We provide tools, information, and a matching platform to help you identify potential funding sources. We do not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or loan terms from third-party lenders. All financial decisions are between you and the lender.

    4. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and application process. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your access to our services.

    5. Loan Applications

    Submitting an application through Lendable Capital constitutes a request for funding options. You authorize us and our network of partners to perform credit checks, verify the information provided, and contact you regarding your application. We are not responsible for the accuracy or outcome of any lender's decision.

    6. Fees and Payments

    Lendable Capital may charge platform fees for certain premium services. All such fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to any commitment. Please note that third-party lenders may have their own fee structures, including origination fees or late payment penalties, which are separate from any platform fees.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Lendable Capital site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Lendable Capital or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lendable Capital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lendable Capital harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
